Where to go for help beyond coaching

Kyanite Coaching offers coaching and support — not medical, psychological, or crisis care. If you're going through something more urgent than coaching can help with, please reach out to one of the services below. They're free, confidential, and here to help.

In an emergency, or if you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999.

Practical & Financial Support

If ADHD is affecting your work, there's practical and financial help available beyond coaching alone. These are official, free, government and NHS-run routes — not something Kyanite administers, but worth knowing about.

Access to Work

A UK government grant (up to £66,000/year) that can fund support like ADHD coaching, assistive technology, and workplace adjustments. Available whether you're employed, self-employed, or about to start work.

Check eligibility and apply at GOV.UK →

NHS Right to Choose

If you're in England and facing a long local wait for an ADHD assessment, you have a legal right to ask your GP to refer you to a different NHS-commissioned provider — often with a shorter wait, and still free.
