Cookie Policy
Kyanite Solutions Ltd — last updated 13 September 2026
This policy explains how Kyanite Solutions Ltd (trading as Kyanite Coaching) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and what choices you have.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites work properly and provide information to website owners about how their site is used.
How We Use Cookies
This website currently sets no cookies at all. It uses one small piece of browser storage instead, for a single purpose:
- To remember, for your current visit only, that you've already entered the site password — so you're not asked for it again as you move between pages
We do not use any cookie or similar technology for analytics, advertising, or to remember any preference beyond that.
Types of Storage We Use
| Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Essential (browser storage, not a cookie) | Remembers that you've entered the site password. Required while the site is private — cannot be disabled. | Cleared when you close your browser |
We do not currently use any Functional, Analytics or Marketing cookies on this website.
Third-Party Services
No third party places a cookie in your browser through this website. Two third-party services are used to load design assets — this involves a direct connection from your browser to that provider, which may expose your IP address to them, but does not place a cookie:
- Google Fonts — used to display the website's typefaces
- Tabler Icons (via jsDelivr) — used to display some icons on the homepage
Our booking system checks appointment availability and creates calendar bookings via Microsoft Graph, and confirmation emails are sent via Microsoft 365. Both happen securely, server-to-server, and neither places a cookie in your browser. See our Privacy Policy for how your booking details themselves are handled.
Your Choices
Because this website doesn't use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies, there's nothing to opt out of. Your browser's own settings let you block or clear all site storage — including the site-password storage described above — though while the site remains private, doing so means you'll be asked for the password again on your next visit.
Essential Storage — Always Active
The following is strictly necessary while this website remains password-protected, and cannot be disabled:
- The site-password storage described above
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology or legislation. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
